Kellemes belvárosi lakás, nagyon jó elhelyezkedéssel. Pár perc az Oktogon vagy a Deák Ferenc tér. Szép tágas a lakás, esetenként kicsit zajos, de ettől eltekintve szívesen ajánlom.

BEWARE… the photos on the website are at least 10 years old and do not accurately depict the condition of the flat. There were several deficiencies that were reported to the landlord and were never rectified- 1) There were two major water leaks in the ceiling of the living room requiring the placement of buckets every time it rained;
2) The “climatisation” system was insufficient and consisted of a defective air conditioner and a “mobile air cooler” (also known as a fan). The flat was uninhabitable when the outdoor temperature reached 35C.
3) A third of the mostly LED light bulbs in the flat were burnt out. The bulbs were not available in local stores and most would have required the use of ladder to replace (because of the 4-meter-high ceilings).
Our contract listed Orsolya as the “Landlord” yet when we contacted her about these deficiencies, she claimed that she was only a rental agent and could not do anything directly. She claimed to have notified the “owner” about the problems but there was never any follow up.
To summarize, we paid higher than average rent for a leaky, sweltering, dark apartment (based on deceptive website photos and descriptions) to a mysterious “owner” who had no intention of rectifying any issues.
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING THIS FLAT.

Very nice place. The location is top notch for everything. Quiet at night and is equipped with everything. Orsolya was always responsive with a few things we needed sorted.
The elevator was broken, but that should be ok again soon.

Together with my classmate, I rented this apartment from Orsolya for almost 5months, we had a really good time and the location was great. Also Orsolya was really helpful when we needed something and replied really fast.

The neighborhood was really good, our street was really quiet but if you walked out of the street it was inmediatelly full with other people. the location is great because it is only 2min walk to tram 4/6, the metro and the nearest bus stop.

The apartment is clean, but the air conditioning doesn't work. The shower is clogged.

The location of the apartment is perfect: Close to public transport, supermarkets, all kinds of sightseeing attractions and restaurants and bars. The apartment itself is nicely furnished and fully equipped with everything needed for a stay in Budapest. Co-operation with the host was very easy and convenient. Even small issues were solved rapidly.

One of the best places we ever stayed in! Very clean, very central, very bright and we had a great time there! Orsolya is very helpful and flexible. Highly recommend her place.
