Quiet and cozy apartment in the city center

This flat really is a hotel room with a small kitchen, let's be honest. I guess it's perfectly fine for short term stays, < 1 week or so.
There is a quite noisy pub in the inner yard. Although they usually close at 10pm. The bed is creaky and not that comfortable. Other than that the place it's ok. I stayed for a bit longer period, so then small annoyances tend to amplify. Cleaning is not included in the price.
The host/staff is helpful and professional in every way. The location is really good.
