This accommodation will provide you with everything you need during your stay in Brno. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a brick house.
The surroundings of the house can be captivated by its close distance, a few meters to Masaryk University and a 10-minute walk to Mendel Square, which is the center of many restaurants and a hub for public transport. From here it is a short distance anywhere.
However, right on Mendel Square is the equally well-known Starobrno brewery, where there is a magical sitting in the garden and inside the restaurant and pub. Next door is a beautiful garden and the Mendel Museum, where the famous scientist G. Mendl made his experiments.
On Mendel Square there is a Roman Catholic parish near the Basilica of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary with a fabulously beautiful decoration. The parish also has famous cellars, where you can have a glass of excellent wine with dancing and live music. When you walk from the apartment to Mendel Square, you can't miss the jazz club U kouřícího králíka, where live music is played.
From here, if you head across Pekařská Street to Šillingrovo náměstí (the Gothic Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul is right next door), you will soon be at the famous Zelní trh and then at the central Náměstí svobody.
If you go in the opposite direction from Mendl Square, you will be in five minutes at the famous Brno Exhibition Grounds, which is the center of not only exhibitions but also cultural events.

Accommodation offers plenty of space and comfort for up to 2 people. The studio has an entrance hall with sliding doors to the bathroom and a room with a kitchenette and a living room at the same time. For smokers there is certainly an indispensable balcony, where there is a pleasant sitting, of course, for non-smokers. The studio has all the necessities for a quiet stay - bed linen and sheets, towels, tea towels, kitchen equipment, vacuum cleaner.
The sofa is transformed into the bedroom by simple manipulation. The apartment has a special thermal blind for remote control. It ensures complete peace and darkening for sleep.
The kitchenette is modern and practically equipped, you will find an electric ceramic hob and refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, combined microwave, kettle and coffee maker. In the bathroom, there is a washing machine and dryer hidden in the closet.
The hall is equipped with large mirror cabinets. The bathroom has, among other things, a spacious shower and storage space under the sink, where you will find a hairdryer. WIFI connection is a matter of course!
All civic amenities are accessible on foot, the center can be reached within a few minutes walk. You can travel around Brno by tram from the nearby Poříčí stop. You can park near the house.
