Appartement prices. However, I am afraid to recommend this service to nomad communities cause then it will become mainstream. And it won't have that amount of flats anymore. Currently, you're a killer service for nomads tbh. The fees are also quite large, I would recommend reducing it a bit. Perhaps a SaaS model? idk it is kind of hard to think but the fees are definitely larger than on airbnb. and the UX design is quite junky and old also. Fix this and you will be the world-class service for short-long term bookings.

It would be good to have a choice if I need at least one day before the tenant will move in. Lately, few tenants wanted to move the same day as they make the reservation and somehow it looks quite often these type of people may just be going through something difficult... Probably, I would also choose to have tenant with some positive previous reviews, or have possibility to meet them before confirming moving in.
