The service was easy to use and worked very well overall. It is perfect for short-term rentals, and the booking process was smooth. The main areas for improvement are the rental contract, which feels quite complex and heavily favors the property owner, and the additional fee charged when paying the rent by card. It would be great if card payments didn’t incur extra charges, as this makes the overall cost higher than expected. A more balanced contract and more transparent payment options would make the experience even better.
