Flatio est une excellente plateforme, je ne connaissais pas du tout l'application avant qu'un Hongrois de mon entreprise ne m'en parle et me recommande ce site pour trouver mon logement durant ma période de stage, et j'ai été agréablement surpris de la qualité des offres du site ainsi que de la facilité d'échanges et de paiement via le site qui apporte une véritable sécurité supplémentaire ! The communication on different platform was what i have expected from a legit rental platform like flatio. You could improve the response time and the availability rate by phone . We waited to long time for an answer and we could reach noone by the official ratio support number . Whatsapp contact has worked fine for us.just consider to have patience with a response of flatio.

Overall, my experience with Flatio has been positive. The platform is easy to use, and I appreciate its focus on mid-term rentals. One area that could be improved is transparency regarding the listing algorithm. As a host, it would be helpful to better understand which factors influence a property's visibility and ranking in search results. I would also appreciate a simpler and more detailed payment overview. For example, it would be useful if each payment clearly displayed the corresponding rental dates or period it relates to, making it easier to track bookings and payments at a glance.

I would rate the service 10/10. What impressed me the most was the owner's outstanding responsiveness and efficiency. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, I received a quick and helpful response. Sonia genuinely cares about her guests and goes the extra mile to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that everyone feels comfortable throughout their stay. Her attention to detail, kindness, and dedication to providing a positive experience made a real difference. It is clear that guest satisfaction is a priority, and this creates a welcoming and stress-free environment. As for improvements, I honestly cannot think of anything significant. Everything was excellent for me, and my stay fully met my expectations. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and enjoyable stay in Lisbon.

I like that communication with the landlord is very fast and secure through Flatio. Whenever there is a modification to the contract, it is easy to notice and update. The Flatio team was also attentive, reliable, and helpful throughout the process.
