I had a wonderful stay in Barcelona! Amanda is an incredibly kind and easygoing host, always ready to help and very flexible when it comes to arrangements. The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to the city center yet situated in a quiet neighborhood, which made it perfect for relaxing and exploring the city at the same time. The atmosphere in the apartment is warm and welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home. Everything was very clean upon arrival, and the cleanliness was consistently maintained throughout the stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Barcelona! :)

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment! It’s cozy, clean, and has everything you need for long-term living — from a well-equipped kitchen to a comfortable workspace. The area is safe and with the metro nearby. Perfect place to feel at home in Barcelona!

Everything was as described, the place is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and always available to resolve any issue. There is a great community and a lot of organised events to participate in. The area is well connected, vibrant, and offers a lot of activities and services. I recommend vividly.

Fantastic stay. The apartment was spacious, very quiet and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well. The appliances are great and there was enough of everything in the kitchen, plates, bowls, cutlery, toaster, oven, pots and pans. I felt we could cook anything. The location is great too, it's well connected with public transport but also in the heart of the city. I would highly recommend it!

It was a studio apartment in a lovely communal neighborhood. It’s not as spacious as the pictures online would have you believe. Having said that, if you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood this is not that kind of neighborhood. The community loves celebrating their heritage and I think it’s lovely. Expect parades with hours and sometimes days. Also, this is a tourist area so lower your expectations of a quiet night. Tourists are noisy. Management was cordial. Stay on top of your communication with management. The cleaning lady was always nice. Lastly, if you plan on staying at the apartment for a long stay always check the Flatio payment section to make sure you are current. For some reason the site doesn’t send payment reminders even though they have your email. They’ll only send you an email when it’s past due and that’s a maybe. It’s up to you to visit the site to make sure that your payment is current. With all of that said enjoy your stay.

The price/quality ratio is perfect for a mid-term rental. However, it can be a bit noisy, as the neighbors from the first floor are having parties on the patio right under the apartment bedroom.

The Habitat Apartment team is excellent and always in touch for any questions; the deposit was fully refunded in 2 days.

I would highly recommend Alba as a landlord. She is incredibly friendly, always approachable, and very responsive to any concerns or questions. The property is spotless, well-maintained, and in a great location with easy access to everything you need. There’s even added security, which provides extra peace of mind. The garden is beautifully kept and creates a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. If you’re looking for a clean, secure, and welcoming place to live, Alba’s property is an excellent choice!
