I like that the apartments are verified and that there's a checklist of the things that are included in the apartment (i.e. a washing machine). Plus, I really enjoy that there are no hidden fees and everything is pretty up front.

If you don't do already: a few days before end of rental, send a message to the tenant (copy landlord) reminding about the clause in the contract about leaving the apartment cleaned.

Your prices are definitely better than Airbnb as is your customer service so I would be inclined to use you again and I have already referred someone. The most important thing is fast response when I reach out to customer service and knowing I can reach someone if something is not right with the accommodations
