Great place, very well equipped. Barry is very helpful and welcoming. The place itself is very spacious even though there is limited headroom. The area is very quite - I slept like a log here. And if that is not enough the supermarket is right on your doorstep.

Nice apartment, nice walk to the Cascais Mercado, Pingo Doce is close. Cheap taxi to get anywhere. Few hikes near the building. Owner is always available, everything works as expected in the apartment.

Vitor and the staff were great. They were kind and attentive to any issues we had. We really appreciated everything they did for us. The staff also did a really good job keeping the common areas clean. That is much appreciated as well. My only issue with the apartment is that there's a fair amount of traffic noise from the busy road. Fortunately, it was much quieter at night. There's not much the owner and staff can do about the traffic, and we mostly got used to it. The amount of noise may also vary, depending on which side of the house your room is on.

This was one of my best stays in Portugal: starting from arrival till departure. Barry is the best from the best hosts: he shared clear instructions how to find the property and was very kind to show me around the neighborhood and give tips where to eat out etc. He is a true gentleman and I really enjoyed talking to him and the company!!! The studio is very bright and clean, full of light, airy and has everything one needs. It is exactly what you see in the pictures in flatio. It was so nice to wake up and listen to birds singing. Very calm and tranquil place. A 20 minute walk will take you to the ocean and Cascais is close by. Pingo doce supermarket is across the narrow road so it actually takes a minute and you find yourself in the supermarket and can get what you need. The property and the host are both highly recommended. I will definitely come back again.

Barry is very nice and very attentive to our needs. The apartment has a nice location, is well-equipped and is very bright with sunlight. A supermarket is very convenient to this location. The only issue we had is that the ceilings are low in places. This can lead to a lot of head bumping until you get used to it. Overall, we rate this apartment and landlord very highly.

Very nice and kind hosts, excellent and very cozy apartments.

I was in this flat for 3 months and I really enjoyed my time there. The Pingo Doce grocery store was within 200 feet of your front door, and it had everything. The surrounding neighborhood is also really nice. You can leave the flat and in a 10–15-minute walk one direction will take you to a working-class neighborhood and restaurants and the other direction can take you to a high-end neighborhood, cafes/restaurants. It is spotless clean and bright! You may be a bit uncomfortable, in areas of the apartment, if you are maybe over 6 feet tall. The roof slants in certain areas so it takes a bit of getting use to in parts of the apartment but more of a minor inconvenience. Barry, the landlord, is a gem of a gentleman. He will take extra efforts to make you feel welcome and answer any request or questions. Bonus: You can walk to the beach in 10-15 minutes and the view from the boardwalk is addictive. Also, the soccer stadium is right behind the apartment so going to the games or just watching the activities is exciting.

Spacious, clean, and cozy apartment, exactly as in the photos. The apartment has everything you need for a comforable stay. We were happy to spend 2 months in this apartment. Very friendly hosts who were always in touch and ready to help.

Wonderfully appointed home.

Wonderful apartment is super location! We stayed 3 months!The owner has done a fantastic job of decorating the apartment with style and functionality. The unit is large for a 1 bedroom and has a nice size bathroom and kitchen. The lovely balcony overlooks the tree lined street and makes for a sunny spot i the mornings to have a coffee. The apartment has electric shade which provide very nice shade and privacy as needed and easy to operate. Being up the hill a little bit from center allows for cool breezes and just out of the busy downtown area. It is an easy 16 minute walk down hill to the center of town and we walked everyday. The apartment has been completely remodeled and is brand new. All the appliances and dishes, etc you could need/want. There is a local football field across the street, so you may hear the kids playing occasionally, but we enjoyed seeing the teams and feeling a part of the neighborhood. Within 4 block as are a nice grocery store, a cafe, a gas station, car wash and every service we needed. If you walk down the hill, there is a huge grocery store, a farmers market 3 days a week and downtown restaurants, shopping. Parking is all around the property for free, if you have a car. You can also walk the “vinho trail”to town which is fun and easy. Wonderful landlords and just a very nice place to stay.

We had a very comfortable stay. It's a calm place and there is a nice garden to relax outside. The place has everything you need for a longer stay with good amenities. We went to the beach, the supermarkets, and explored Cascais even by foot. Tomás is a responsive and really nice host. He was there for us for any info! Thank you :)

It's a nice apartment within walking distance of the beach. The street itself is quiet with a supermarket and gym close by. The connections to Cascais and Lisbon are excellent because the train station is less than a 3 mins walk. The interior is very homely and comfortable. All the usual facilities are available (except microwave) and we were able to use them with some experimentation (though some written instructions would have been appreciated). We especially appreciated the espresso machine and Bimy blender. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with supplies for cooking, cleaning, hygiene, etc. Communication with the owner was very smooth. She was helpful, friendly, and thoughtful - even provided us with organic vegetables and fruit from her community farm subscription. That said, she was 1.5 hours late to let us into the apartment. So we had to wait in a place completely unfamiliar to us with all our luggage in the middle of the night.. Although some things could have been better with our stay, we would still highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm stay that could include visiting the Portuguese beach often and traveling into Lisbon now and then.

Liliana is an incredibly kind host. She went out of her way to accommodate us. Her property is well equipped with everything yoh could possibly need. The location is amazing, across the road from the beach and close to a grocery store and lovely restaurants and cafes.

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay here. The only feedback we'd provide is that the bed was a little too firm for our liking, however the hospitality Tomas showed us easily overpowered that small aspect. Beautiful grounds, safe location with easy access to the best parts of town, and a modern studio with everything you could ever need. Seriously, we'd stay here forever if we could. Even our dogs enjoyed the place and took a liking to Tomas. Would recommend this place to any and everyone!

The apartment is marvelous. It's close to the beach and the train station. Very quiet, with an amazing terrace with oceanview. Liliana is a sunshine, always helpful, smiley and shining. Her apartment is the best reflection of what she is.
