Good customer service. The owner's 'rules' were different to the rules in the contract. I'd suggest Flatio clarify with owners that they should not be permitted to do this.

Flatio was a very pleasant surprise. I discovered it through a colleague from work who was also doing his internship abroad and had used Flatio himself, and I’m very glad he recommended it to me. It proved to be an excellent alternative to the more established platforms in this field, and I was very satisfied with the overall experience. The booking process was straightforward, the service was reliable, and the communication was easy. The only thing I would mention as an area for improvement is the lack of a dedicated mobile application for iOS or Android, which would make the experience even more convenient. Overall, I would definitely recommend Flatio to others looking for accommodation abroad.

This is my first time using Flatio, and I am very happy with it. From the very beginning, the Flatio team has been well-coordinated to ensure the apartment rental process is easy, simple, and secure. They are available to help if any issues arise, and they send emails to ensure nothing is overlooked and to explain all procedures in detail. They handle all the administrative aspects very well, making the process straightforward. The website is excellent, too. A top-notch experience; I will definitely use this platform again, as it aligns perfectly with the principles of responsible tourism.
