Customer Service was very quick to respond to my queries. I am very satisfied with the integrity of the service I have received

I enjoyed my stay very much and met some great housemates! It had all the necessary kitchen supplies. The fridge was a bit small, but we made it work. My only recommendation is a new mattress for room 3. It was very saggy and squeaky.

Great site, will surely use it again

I have already recommended Flatio service to my friends, however there are some things you definitely should improve. The process of making changes in the confirmed booking is very complicated. Your booking system does not provide neither updated information about the reservation, nor any straightforward way to make changes. At the same time, your customer support is fast and helpful. That is nice, however, for the price (I mean the commission of over 10% paid to Flatio) the better booking management system is expected.
