I had a sudden cancelation of my reservation one week before i was supposed to move in! Although the customer service especially mariana was very helpful, helped me relocate to another apartment and I didn't lose any of what I paid even the service fees, however, the landlord had no right to do this to me! I ended up paying more for the second apartment and if I did the same like cancelling my agreement one week before flatio would have taken the money from me and never return it back, but when the landlord did it, he didn't lose anything and no compensation was given to me like paying the rate difference between the apartments! But apparently the agreement is against the tenant not the landlord!

Price vs quality was the main factor for me. As the remote worker I need some space in flats I was looking and Flatio is providing really great opportunities to stay in Prague. All the process was simple and intuitive while quite a lot paperwork was needed.

Je to skvělá alternativa k AirBNB, pronájmy jsou delší, s hosty je tedy méně práce. Daňově je to výhodnější, odpadá velká část administrativy a regulací. Ačkoli je platforma česká, s podporou musím komunikovat anglicky a někdy dochází k nedorozumění. V posledním případu mi podpora situaci s nájemníkem spíš zkomplikovala. Jinak bych dala 10.

We were pleased all-around. The team that greeted us was great, friendly and helpful, and when we had a small issue (had a dead pigeon on the utility terrace) they were quick to respond and took care of us.
