It is not clear how you arrange to see a location before you pay for it. It is also not clear how to actually get to the bookings pages from your profile.

The insurance service is not recommendable as it does not work. The tenant caused severe damage, and if we had had a deposit (which we are not allowed to have when there is an insurance), we would have already compensated the damage.

Ich habe immer noch keine Zusage für eine Wohnung, wieso soll ich jetzt schon bewerten? Ich finde es einfach viel zu früh, erst der Wohnung, danach die Erfahrung, danach die Bewertung, so sollte es sein.

I'm not sure what I was actually getting from Flatio. For the amount of service fees I paid, I thought I would actually receive a service, but any time there was an issue I was instructed to talk to the landlord. When the accomodation I was staying in didn't work out as expected and I terminated the contract, the difference in the service fees was not refunded. I wouldn't use this service again.

I appreciate the intermediation with the landord, but until I won’t have my reimbursement, I cannot be satisfied. Flatio should impose the payment of the reimbursement or avoid to collaborate with landlords that don’t respect a contract (a behaviour that is illegal)

Verificar efetivamente se os inquilinos vem trabalhar, ou se vem destruir casas e embriegarem-se, numas férias despreocupadas. Espero ter o vosso apoio, caso contrário a caução seria uma mais valia para mim nesta situação em que tive tanto prejuízo!
