The service fees are too expensive, especially if you are going for less than 2 months. Can see myself going elsewhere in the future if I find a better alternative. The site itself is pretty good apart from that.

I needed to alter the days of my initial reservation because I accidentally selected the wrong day. After contacting support ~5 times, I didn't head back and ended up having to cancel and rebook my apartment. I am hoping this will not cause any issues.

Flatio did a good job I wish there was an app because we missed a couple important messages due to the fact that it went through email and then you have to go online and log in to see messages

You have attracted some great properties. Some of your tenants are pigs making it difficult for everyone. Your credit card payment service is poor but your staff is friendly. You've changed your search parameters making it more difficult to find want you want. You are missing rental opportunities because you have date specific search capabilities only.
