Expensive service fees

A kommunikáció. Customer service.

Great service

profesinání řešení a přístup po všech stránkách

This was our first time renting through Flatio. The rental price for the apartment was more affordable than an Airbnb or a hotel!

Flatio services were good, I had to use the insurance provided by them and everything went perfect

Very easy to use platform.

This is the first time I have booked with Flatio. All went well and I have no issues.

A good resource for apartment seekers.

Less emails notifications about the checkin process. No papers required. Signing contracts and handover protocols in the app.

Very big commission. I don’t like it. Need little bit less

Předání bytu není potvrzováno v aplikaci.

no much requests coming..it seems it's not much used by ppl

10/10

Nevim

So much easier than figuring out the local renting culture. The ability to have a short term stay without any realtor fees is great. The ease of regular booking apps with the prices of longer term rentals.

Lower fees and faster payment

Is it possible to put the guest's introduction letter as the first mail in the mailbox? Or a quick link. As it is now, I always find it difficult to find the often important information of the introduction letter.

I would rate the service as excellent. This is actually the second time I’ve used it, and I’m genuinely very happy with the experience. Everything has been smooth, reliable, and well organized, which makes the whole process very easy and stress-free. What I appreciate the most is the consistency and the quality of the stays — it really makes a difference. If I had to add something, it would be amazing to see the service expand to more countries in the future.

Flatio was a lifesaver. I was moving to a completely unfamiliar country and needed a place for just one month. I quickly found the right apartment, Flatio sent me the lease agreement to sign, and the payment via Visa was fast and seamless. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Very convenient service - exactly what you need when relocating abroad.
