It was all very easy and the flat was perfect!

I disliked that you had to pay a express fee when paying with credit card regardless of the time to the next payment. Otherwise I am very satisfied.

Communication was clear and consistent. I would use Flatio again and recommend for longer stays.

Les services sont parfaits, réactifs, et les personnes en lignes très sympathiques. Juste des petites incohérences entre annonce et réalité, peut-être du à une mauvaise traduction ? Pas de lave vaisselle comme c'était noté dans l'annonce, mais pour nous ce n'était qu'un "plus", rien de vital ! Et pas de ménage régulier comme c'était noté aussi, alors que la location était pour 15 jours, et qu'il n'y avait ni ballet, ni balayette, ni serpillère pour donner au moins un coup. Sinon, Flatio est une très bonne plateforme de location.

Overall, the experience was good, but there are a couple of things Flatio could improve. The service fee is quite high and has to be paid in full with the first month, rather than being spread across the rental period. This makes the upfront payment unnecessarily heavy for longer stays. Also, cards issued in some countries, such as Georgia and Armenia, aren’t accepted for payments, which can be quite inconvenient for international tenants.

Nuestra experiencia con Flatio ha sido muy positiva. Lo que más nos gustó fue la transparencia: el anuncio, las condiciones mostradas al reservar, los Términos y Condiciones y el contrato firmado eran plenamente coherentes entre sí, y reservar y firmar a distancia desde otro país resultó sencillo y seguro. Destacamos al equipo de soporte. Cuando surgió una discrepancia sobre las condiciones tras la firma del contrato, confirmaron por escrito y sin ambigüedades los términos acordados y contactaron directamente con la propietaria para aclararlos. La cuestión quedó resuelta de forma definitiva y el resto de la estancia transcurrió con normalidad y en excelente relación con ella. Como mejora, sugerimos reforzar el acompañamiento de los propietarios nuevos en la plataforma y que el sistema advierta automáticamente cuando una enmienda propuesta contradice los Términos y Condiciones o el contrato ya firmado. Volveríamos a usar Flatio y la recomendaríamos sin reservas.
