Quick and easy communication.

Flatio has been a breeze to deal with. Booking an apartment is straightforward and simple. There are a few things to sign which is new for me when booking apartments but besides this, it's been good. we did have a unfortunate experience with one of the apartments I booked which we had to immediately leave but Flatio did everything they could to ensure that we were safe and taken care of and was in touch daily to make sure all was ok in our alternative accommodation. I have no issues using their service again regardless of 1 bad experience.

Contract should be given in English and the local language. If anyone needs to use for a visa it always has to be in the local language. Easily done by AI these days

The overall experience is great, and I definitely want to use Flatio again, but the landlords unresponsiveness is harming the usability and speed of the reservation process.
