This service helped me sign a contract and move, but there is a payment card restriction policy depending on the region (I couldn't pay with a card from a Georgian bank).

Flatio is more streamlined than other services I've used. Fee policy seems to be more reasonable. But I haven't lived in any Flatio property yet.
