Aluguer de casa

I love the flexibility of the platform, the guarantees it offers and the fact that the flats are generally cheaper than Airbnb.

To be honest Flatio brought me great tenants so far. Unfortunatelly I am closing my calendar on Flatio now because I can not afford anymore that my calendar would be blocked for 1-2 days with several weeks or months long bookings ending up with disappearing the possibly tenant. I am fed up that they block my calendar with their request and then do not respond to any of my messages, and at the end I have to free up my calendar some days later.

We recommend!

todo

A facilidade de utilizar a plataforma. O pedido de reserva costuma ser tranquilo. Cancelamentos também. Gosto muito do flatio. Já havia um tempo que eu não reservava. Finalmente retornei e espero conseguir um apartamento novamente. :)

Zaujalo mě to, že pronajímáte byty či apartmány bez kauce a samozřejmě čisté, krásné a útulné
