Ubytovávat jednu osobu je ve všech ohledech jiné, než ubytovávat více osob, doposud v tomto ohledu (nepochopitelně) spinká, cenové variace nejsou k dispozici :-)

The service itself was okay but extending rent was a rollercoaster. The flatio staff couldn't make it correctly for more than a week with constant discussions and asking for corrections. I needed to spend couple of hours to handle such simple thing because all the time amendments to rent contract contained wrong data.

I found the Flatio platform to be more cumbersome and difficult to navigate than other rental services. The most irritating was the payment system -- it doesn't seem to like U.S. credit cards, whereas the other agencies have no problem taking my money.

Make sure to check there area on how much apartments should be priced at so people aren't scammed. As well as note dangerous behavior from landlords.

your page doesn't work properly. actual availability of the flat doesn't match the searched availability. also link to the lease sample doesn't work. also - if i search for, let's say 5 days stay and i view some of the offered options, price for these 5 days is displayed as a price of monthly rent, which is completely confusing.

I'm not dissatisfied, it's just that nothing has really happened yet, so it would be premature to recommend Flatio when all I've really done is look at a website. It all seems great so far, and I hope to be in a position to recommend soon.

It was clear that owner and Flatio hadn’t worked out the contracting process smoothly. Despite several communications to Flatio, that wasn’t smoothed out (or apparently understood on Flatio’s end).
