I think you need to check out your hosts and the flats they are renting in person. The flat I rented should not even be advertised as its not fit to stay in. I also don't think you should release rent to hosts until it's confirmed the guest is happy staying there. I think your staff are supportive and helpful and its an easy to use platform, but more things need to be put in place such as flat inspections and rent refunds where guests have left but still being forced to pay the rent.

I was very disappointed with your services. I paid 500 euros of fee for the agency, you were not able once to help me. NEVER. This is the first and last time I will book anything wirh you and I will make sure nobody else I know does.

Flatio had little influence when the host changed the picture of the apartment I booked after I checked in. No compensation was offered neither from Flatio nor from the host. Not a pleasant experience.

Short term payment and last minute payment still not solved, no real safety from scammers. That's not a company strategy to tell hosts, that they can turn down a reservation request. The system should not have these potholes in it.

The site navigation and bookings are not displayed very efficiently. I’ll appreciate having an improved calendar. The host support is sometimes lengthy and often the responses are needed with certain urgency. The chat never works.

The platform makes it easy to find tenants, which is a great advantage. However, the rent pricing system needs significant improvement. There are noticeable discrepancies in monthly rates, even for months with the same number of days. The amount we set for a given month often differs from the final value shown in the contract, which can cause confusion for both landlords and tenants. Additionally, the lack of a mobile app for iOS and Android limits accessibility and ease of use for all users. A dedicated app would greatly enhance the overall experience.

The policy of holding back the high service charge as a voucher when someone has to cancel makes no sense. It forces people to stick to the platform and in my case I had no option but book a more expensive place because I I couldn’t afford to loose the 400 euro.

One suggestion for improvement: it would be great if Flatio could support Georgian bank cards. Currently, this creates unnecessary difficulties for users from Georgia, and it would really help if this issue could be addressed.

I loved my stay and the apartment. The owner was so nice. Howerver, I had some trouble with Flatio and payments, where for some unknown reason it was charged too much.
