Deveria filtrar melhor o tipo de animais aceitos. Percebi que no facebook ao anunciar um imóvel o proprietário define o tipo de pets que aceita (gatos, cachorros...) e isso é bom, pois muitos aceitam gatos e não cachorros.

I was pleased that the whole process was not too difficult, but I would not recommend flatio. Primary reason is that it does not have an app so its hard to notice notifications when messaging with your landlord. Other than that it seems fine.

No deposits for short stays is very nice and customer service responds to complaints quickly. However complaints are not resolved most of the time and they cant do much about my complaints.
