It was my first time using Flatio. I liked it but the service fee is way too high making the booking not really a true deal as I easily find other deals on Airbnb for lower money on monthly stays. Which is also the reason i booked my next montlhy stay on airbnb, it was way cheaper. Also not sure why I should pay 100+ euro in fees as you don't truly do anything besides supplying the platform so not sure why it should cost that much. It doesn't matter to me but I find the prices on Airbnb more attractive taking this service fee in account and for my next stay it lead me there.

Payment procesures was very compoicated for me and commision is high for long term rentals

Yes, please provide room service even if someone stays for longer than a week. Also please paint the corridors and stairs and provide better lighting outside

V případě tohoto podnájmu bylo vše OK, ale u jiného bytu a pronajímatele, které jsem původně zvažoval, jsem se dočetl až v recenzích, že pronajímatel vyžaduje dodatečný poplatek a platforma to umožňuje a nijak nezasahuje. To mi přijde nepřijatelné. Nicméně tento pronajímatel byl naprosto v pořádku.

Zatím jsem na začátku použití služby a brzo na na hodnocení.

veľmi neprehľadné fakturovanie rozhodene na úseky ktoré majú rôzny dátum začiatku a konca, vôbec si neviem predstaviť ak by v tom byte býval niekto kto ma pravidelný pohyb a príjem na konte ako by vnímal tieto rôzne obdobia...lebo 3mes pobyt bol nezmyselne rozhodeny na 3 väčšie sumy a jednu malú Flatio si zoberie poplatok za celé obdobie ale klient odišiel po 2 mesiacoch Príliš vysoký poplatok za platbu kartou, pričom karta je uz bežná na iných portáloch Privítala by som tak ako je to na realitných portáloch možnosť vložiť link na video a 3D scan bytu, ja som to vložila do textu inzerátu Pri posteliach by som pridala typ postele ktorá je v prenájmoch úplne bežná a to je single lôžko roztahovatelne do dvojlozka. Vy máte možnosť len single alebo manželskej postele. Rovnako gauce sú rozkladatelne ako 2lozko bud rozšírením plochy sedenia alebo majú v sebe plnohodnotnú manželskú posteľ s matracom môj najomnik ktorý prvý raz vyskúšal Flatio a inak ide cez booking, je na 3tom leveli, býva v desiatkach ubytovaní ročne, povedal ze sa mu Flatio vôbec nepáči kvôli neprehladnym postupom a uz by si ho druhy raz nevybral - jedine do môjho bytu by určite znovu išiel

Lepší komunikace a předcházení škodám. POjšitění příliš nefunguje

The service on Flatio is good in general, but sometimes, as always, it depends on what person answers your request or maybe how that person feels when she answers. So sometimes you have to ask more than once to really get the answer to the question you asked. I really appreciate a lot that Tereza Koláříková always answers what I was really asking. I also notice that Flatio is not totally impartial, and I suppose it was not the intention in the first place. In general I notice the Service Support Team Members are trained to be more prompt to look after the Landowners needs. It is, also noticeable, when you read the Terms and Conditions. What pleased you the most? In this very particular booking what really pleased me was to finally check-out from that apartment showing it to the host's husband and knowing that in my presence he didn't find any defect.

MOst of the hosts advertising while their apartement is not available. It is very disturbing they should be sanctioned somehow. Check my backlog I am trying to book an apartement for months and all of them are still advertising while not replying at all or just straight saying that it is reserved until September etc. In reality they dont want to rent it during summer months only winter....
