There must be a better way to bond an applicant to a reservation. Too many reservations get cancelled and tenants become non responsive. You need to have a better screening process. Moreover, fee is quite high. If I pay Flatio 9%, a property manager 10% and all taxes and bills are on me, yield becomes negligible.

You have issues with the length of contracts. 14 days end up being less than 13 X 24 hours. Allowing landlords to rent out apartment to 2 different guest on the first and last day of each contract, you should not expect good feedback. I really doubt your contracts would hold in a court room.

Za měsíc 1.500,- servisní poplatek je trošku moc a ještě k tomu se to platí rovnou při schválení. Odradilo mě to, když jsem si chtěl něco pronajmout na 3 měs.... 5.000,-.

I originally choose flatio for its wast selection of appartments, however the fee for the first appartment was very high and not very apparant from flatio's side, however it was nice and easy to find a place to stay there.

In my opinion everything was quite okay. But I’m not fond of the way too exaggerated prices we need to pay for the wiring of money, the website fee as well as the overpriced rents in relation to the area the flats are situated in. Please in future try to find a way of implementing an algorithm for determining rents adjusted to the areas.

6 is a fair rating. The main issue with this site is you act like you are doing tenants a favour. Fill in more details in your profile for a better chance etc etc. Forgetting about the fact that tenants are paying inflated rates to rent properties, Landlords should be proving themselves to tenants, not via versa, tenants pay money, that's all the proof that is needed. Have you paid? OK. Thanks, enjoy.
