their swift respond to their client

Mid term rentals

Not much. Great service to use!

I am delighted because they do not ask for a deposit, which greatly helps, but I am worried because I haven't found a place yet. But Flatio makes me feel safe and that I will find a place soon.

I like the assurances you get as opposed to booking through air BnB

I felt serviced

No issues, worked great and did what it had to do. Support was responsive when needed.

Looking for monthly rental

opcoes

Contract terms are reasonable, though payment timing could be better.

Flatio offers very nice conditions for users, I felt secure during the whole process.

Yes your service is fine but usually I find the fees a bit expensive for the tenant

So far, I have really found this site to be very hopeful for the middle class family. I am looking foward to my first Flatio Experience.

The quality

I appreciate the service of flatIO. Helpfull when needed.

It was my second stay with Flatio - both times is was smooth, without any problems. Thank you!

From word of mouth, seems like the #1 platform for Prague listings
