I would rate the service very good. What pleased me the most was how safe and clear the whole process felt, especially because there is a contract that creates commitment and protection for both sides. Communication was easy, overall, I had a very positive experience.

Reliability

Flatio is such a cool platform. Everything works seamlessly and easy. The only thing I would recommend is to be aware of fake advertisements and delete those that are not valid or responding. I experienced that 2 or 3 times. Waiting up to 24 hours before a response. And then my application was cancelled due to no response or authenticity.

I like the efficiency and how easy it is to find you perfect place with filters from budget and district to internet speed, thats nice. I would have liked to be able to know more about the exact location of the place before booking except from Only the district yet i was lucky and got a perfect location ationz service fee feels a little high and come out as surprise when you are about to pay (would appreciate it if they disclose that with the places price bc at the end you will pay it.

Flatio is a safe platform where it's really nice to look after a longer term place.

Ne careful to choose flats with many different comments to make sure it’s a real flat and not a scam. But once that is secure, Flatio is great!

Dealing with the currency conversion was a bit clumsy. When I paid in euros, your system would show the rent as being approximately a certain amount, and it was easy to end up unintentionally underpaying by a few hundred or even a few thousand koruna because of exchange rate differences. As a result, I had to make several separate transactions to settle the full amount. It wasn’t ideal, but the platform itself is so convenient that this was only a minor annoyance.

Que, a pesar de dar seguridad tanto para el propietario y el inquilino, no se requiere demasiada documentación para obtener un piso de temporada (más de 4 semanas)

The whole experience with Flatio was smooth and straightforward. What I appreciated most was the daily rate calculation, which made budgeting a longer stay easy, and the fact that most listings are deposit-free — a real advantage for a short or medium-term stay where you don't want a large sum tied up. The service fees are transparent and clearly laid out upfront, and noticeably lower than what other platforms charge, so there were no unpleasant surprises. Booking and communication were simple throughout. Overall a great platform that I'd happily recommend and use again.
