Flatio has been outstanding — professional, responsive, and truly guest-focused. The platform made finding housing easy and transparent, and their support team was quick to assist when problems arose. My experience with the host was disappointing, but Flatio handled the situation with care and professionalism. I would absolutely use Flatio again and highly recommend their service to other travelers.

The interface is good and the commission is fair. I dislike that’s I have to manually fill in the checkin and checkout paperwork when flatio already has the information to automate this process. Also, it seems too easy to make a fraudulent profile on the platform and the fact that I have to cancel the request manually after the guest doesn’t pay, is a pain. Lastly these contracts are useless in Italy and I have to ask for the guest to sign a separate contract in Italian when they stay over 30 days.

Yes, I would recommend Flatio. However, I never had any issues that required their intervention, so I cannot comment on how effective their support is in resolving problems.
