I like the concept. Unhappy with the replacement flat policy. When I checked in things were fine but 2 days later they weren’t. Then I was on my own with no help from flatio.

Flatio has been great for me. I've used it four my last two flats. The convience of being able to pay online and message the landlord is great options. It's nice to not have to fill out all the normal paperwork since they do it for you.
