It's a good service but I thinks it's a pity that all your requests are cancelled when one of them accepts you, which doesn't let you choose the one you pick in the end.

It’s easy to find a nice flat in great neighborhoods using Flatio. One thing that I can say that happened in the past and not this recent stay is that at once in a while you find a landlord who’s basically running a hotel business and doesn’t understand the nuances of a lease agreement, and therefore does not meet their obligations under the lease agreement. I would like to see Flatio weed out these people.
