Flatio has been great for me. I've used it four my last two flats. The convience of being able to pay online and message the landlord is great options. It's nice to not have to fill out all the normal paperwork since they do it for you.

Its easy to book, I don't have to worry about going back and forth with a landlord and i know I'm guaranteed that if there are any issues that Flatio will take care of it. Its also nice to just be able to pay online instead of having to pay in cash with someone sketchy.

The better feature of Flatio is how convenient it is to get a flat for a medium stay. I would say it is a bad, unfair practice to charge people when paying by card, specially considering how the website tries to scare (in my oppinion) tenants using the "security" and "quickness" of the payment so that they chose to pay by card and they can charge the extra, unjustified (also in my opinion) fee.
