I like that a formal lease contract is provided and that long-term stays even up to a year or more are an option. The refund process is not good, it requires the guest to be refunded from the host, not Flatio. Additionally the Flatio fees are not presented in a transparent way. I wish there were more reviews for hosts, perhaps an incentive can be offered to guests to provide these

I had a very positive experience with Flatio. The platform was easy to use, the booking process was clear, and all the important information was available from the beginning. Communication was smooth, and I felt secure throughout the rental process. What pleased me the most was the simplicity of the platform, the clear rental conditions, and the fact that everything could be managed online without unnecessary complications. Flatio made it easy to find suitable accommodation and communicate with the host. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Flatio to my friends. One small improvement could be to make customer support responses even faster during busy periods, but my overall experience was excellent.

Thanks to Flatio, I was able to find a housing in a safe way in a matter of hours. It was very easy to communicate with the host. I would however extend the time period needed to sign the first leasing agreement to a few days at least.

Overall, I had a very positive experience with Flatio and would certainly recommend it to my friends and colleagues. The booking process was straightforward, the platform was easy to use, and the apartment fully matched its description. What I appreciated most was the transparency of the booking process, the clear contract, and the secure payment system, which gave me confidence throughout the reservation. One small suggestion for improvement would be the communication process when a host does not respond within the required time. My first booking request expired automatically because the host had not seen my messages, which caused some uncertainty. It might be helpful if the platform could send additional reminders to hosts or provide guests with more information during this period. Apart from that, everything worked very well, and I would be happy to use Flatio again for future business and personal trips.
