I like that you set up contracts with the lords and tenants and do the rent payments. For this topic it would be better if there would be a choice to pay it in Euros (and not only in the Czech currency) because then we needed to use our credit card and this costs more.

I was positively overwhelmed by your personal support. Once I received a phone call as I struggled to make a payment which has been noticed by you due to long log times in the payment screen. Very good here! Only downside is the quite high prices.

Searching for properties was very easy. I especially liked the listings of how close the property was to services, stores and transportation. I would have liked a bit more communication further out from when we were arriving/departing. I would have also liked a checklist of what was expected from me as a tenant for our departure.

Service was excellent, I really appreciated the personal overseas phone call to make sure we understood the booking process and other logistics in advance. The security of knowing we were 'covered' if anything went wrong was great. Web platform is clear and easy to use. No complaints at all.
