Support was helpful or at least talked to me. What could be better - how transactions are concluded, please make a way to reserve a place for longer than 24 hours before contract signing or make it possible to pay in partial payments. 2. Please find a way to talk to hosts better, because a lot miscommunication can happen and has happened. 3. Please talk to your accountant to do a better job at looking for payments when they are made in different currencies.

It looks good and reliable.

I enjoyed it and will consider for future long term stays in Europe.

I am very satisfied with Flatio’s service. The platform is easy to use and the overall experience was smooth. The only issue we encountered was during the search — some hosts hadn’t updated the availability of their apartments, so even though the listings appeared in the search results, they were actually not available. Despite this minor issue, I am happy with the service and would recommend it.

Very easy to use, I ability to be able to message the host in the beginning because there was a couple of issues but we managed to communicate with each other straight away. I had an amazing time in my apartment and would definitely use this website again!
