I would definitely recommend Flatio. They have excellent customer service and respond very quickly to communication and are extremely helpful with any issues you may have.

We liked our first experience with Flatio, and we think that's largely to do with the accommodations and reliable landlord we used this time.

Everything is like we set in agreement. The money get to account right on time .

I am happy with everything, especially your communication and sending reminders and information about moving-in, moving-out, what to do and what to look out for. Thank you for your help.

would love to come back, highly recommend

Srozumitelné, jednoduché, náklady jasně dané předem, přístup ke vzoru nájemní smlouvy.

utilisation très facile

I was directed here by ErasmusPlay which made it more trustworthy for me.

I liked it very much. You are very kind and we feel safe and supported

I would rate your services very highly! What impressed me the most was how easy the website was to navigate. The booking process was smooth, and I appreciated the clear communication throughout.

Simple , safe and useful

It was very smooth and protected transaction.

I had a sudden cancelation of my reservation one week before i was supposed to move in! Although the customer service especially mariana was very helpful, helped me relocate to another apartment and I didn't lose any of what I paid even the service fees, however, the landlord had no right to do this to me! I ended up paying more for the second apartment and if I did the same like cancelling my agreement one week before flatio would have taken the money from me and never return it back, but when the landlord did it, he didn't lose anything and no compensation was given to me like paying the rate difference between the apartments! But apparently the agreement is against the tenant not the landlord!

Easy to use and communicate with hosts about details.

Hi. Thanks for Flatio...

Price vs quality was the main factor for me. As the remote worker I need some space in flats I was looking and Flatio is providing really great opportunities to stay in Prague. All the process was simple and intuitive while quite a lot paperwork was needed.

Àgil e simples

10/10

Até agora estamos a ter uma óptima experiência com a flatio!

Excellent service. What did I like most? The simplicity of the whole process, having someone who speaks my language… What could you improve? I don't know, I would have to think hard to find out.

Pareceu fácil navegar na plataforma.

Support is fast and reliable!

Jinak bych dala 10.
