Everything's great mostly, but the time and date when I'm supposed to leave the flat is a bit unclear. Maybe it could be indicated like in hotels (leaving the nth before 12Am...). Also it is not very clear how we are supposed to edit our reservation for a longer stay.

I liked Flatio's Online service which shows you the details of the flat( furniture, location, nearby place etc.) and especially there is no agency fee.

Your prices are definitely better than Airbnb as is your customer service so I would be inclined to use you again and I have already referred someone. The most important thing is fast response when I reach out to customer service and knowing I can reach someone if something is not right with the accommodations

Very easy and intuitive platform avoiding the bureaucracy of regular rent contracts, just believe the fee for paying online is too high, however, you always have the option to do it by bank transfer.

The UI is a bit off, for example I was very annoyed that I could not find the addresses for my reservations. Only under the contracts tab, which is not very intuitive.
