This is my first interaction with your platform. I like that everything is intuitively understandable. A lot of hints explaining every step makes the customer journey easier. And as a user with a specific request -- mid-term rentals -- I'm glad that your platform suggests such offers. But I need to admit that it's my rating and feelings at this point. It may change if the landlord won't answer me or other problems occur. But so far all good!

Offering cleaning service for a fee would greatly improve my experience with Flatio. While I am happy to clean before I leave sometimes this causes a great deal of stress given the rush to pack and prepare for travel.
