Podobnou nabídku výhodných střednědobých pronájmů jsem jinde nenašel, vaše platforma je přehledná, jasná. Možná trochu příliš mi přišly upozornění typu "vraťte byt ve stejném nebo lepším stavu, i za pomoci najatých řemeslníků" - to si nedovedu představit, že nechávám opravovat dosluhující vybavení bytu, které není moje. Stejně tak výzvy k úklidu - majitelka úklid nevyžadovala... Cena za prostředkování mi přijde "na hraně", ačkoli zahrnovala úvodní slevu.

Great platform, great and efficient service. The website however has some bugs. It would make sense to streamline your different version of your URLs into one (.com/co.uk etc) it is quite confusing. Also when you ask for national ID or passport details these details should be masked and not visible on the printed contract to comply with data protection and GDPR regulations.

Stumbled across Flatio while opening 300 tabs researching a trip to Madeira. Was a little hesitant, as it seemed for longer leases and ours was more of a vacation trip, but it made the paperwork/communication/signing up and paying so effortless. We just finished our stay in Madeira last week, and I would honestly say it was as easy to use Flatio as any other booking site. And the prices were the best I found too-- for not just a hotel room, but an entire apartment.
