This was my first time using Flatio and although I was a little skeptical at first because I hadn't heard of it before, I was so pleased with how everything worked out. I found the perfect place for me and loved how smooth the rental process was. Services 10/10 rating.

Web page is intuitive and easy to navigate. I like the support team too - they are fast answering your requests. The only complain is the time it takes to get the money of the 1st rent in my account. When a tenant does the check in it should be 1-2 days max to receive the money. Sometimes I need to wait 10-12 days which is not very pleasant.
