Beautiful flat in a central location. The landlord is very kind and responsive

Our family had a wonderful stay! The unit was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even providing helpful recommendations for local restaurants and things to do in the area. We truly appreciated the personal touches and hospitality. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, worry-free stay.

I had an amazing time at Marianas apartment! It was super clean and when I had questions she always responded quickly. I stayed for around 5 weeks and very much enjoyed the oven, microwave and the induction stove for cooking. The apartment is close to three super markets, two pharmacies and in walking distance to the train station (connection to Cascais and Lisbon). I would definitely recommend the place to anyone looking for temporary housing in Oeiras.

The apartment is very nice. The apartment looks just like the pictures. It is close to the beach, public transportation, supermarkets, and restaurants. Ricardo was a very accommodating host. I recommend this apartment.

Great place for a short vacation. Great view of the ocean and sunset. The beach is a few minutes walk away. The apartment has everything you need for life, as well as very fast and stable internet. The landlords are very friendly, polite and caring. You will like this place and will want to come back :)

A nice apartment with everything you need and it is literally 3 minutes from the beach by walk which is a huge plus! The living room has lots of natural light, and the ocean view is exceptionally great. Ricardo is very caring, kind, and always ready to help. A great place to stay, highly recommended!

I really recommend this flat! The view is absolutely stunning, and the surrounding area is lovely with lots of great restaurants and a fantastic café nearby. The neighborhood is very pleasant and peaceful. Frederico is super kind and always helpful. I had an amazing stay for over a month and would definitely stay here again!

Marta and Jean were great hosts and very quick with communication. Our family stayed for more than two weeks and would stay here again.

He was an excellent host! I think the best. He was so gentleman, kind and special with us, giving us recommendations to explore around the zone, also we went out we him and he carried us to the airport! His flat was so clean, with a well equipped kitchen. Big living room and comfortable room.

The place is really nice and looks like the pictures but it’s not on the beach as the description said. It’s about 7-10 min walk away. It’s also an apartment and not a house. The apartment is on the first floor with elevator access if needed. The internet was not great, we asked to get this fixed and it took a couple of days to get a response, the speed didn’t improve so we had to rely on our hotspot for remote work. The mobile data speed in the flat was very fast on our network. The landlord insists of cleaning the bed linen for you, which didn’t seem to be optional but it is included in the price. Landlord has little to no English but there is the option to communicate via the agency who do speak English. We did most of the communication via WhatsApp and Google translate. There were issues with the hot water not always running. This was sporadic and sometimes it works, sometimes it didn’t. The washing machine broke 2 days prior to move out which was just bad timing as it meant we couldn’t clean the towels and last min things before move out. We asked if they wanted us to get the flat professionally cleaned and the agency said no. But later the landlord complained the towels were not cleaned, although the machine has broken so not sure what we were meant to do there, but so far we weren’t charged any extra for this. Overall the flat is good, no reason at all not to rent it again, the internet was probably the biggest thing for us as we were staying 6 weeks, but we found a solution with using our hotspot.

It was ultimately a good experience of rent. Marta and Jean are the best landlords we have met - they did everything to make us feel comfortable. The apartment is fully prepared for the tenants and has everything you need. It is cozy, clean, and furnished with taste. It was a pleasure to come back there after a long day, to stay home and work or just chill. Perfect location with the gym, pool, table tennis, and grill space on the rooftop is perfect for any activities you like. The location is super close to the beautiful beaches of Caparica, but also in a quiet area. Marta and Jean were very thoughtful and gave us a well-prepared Google map with cool cafes and restaurants that locals enjoy. We visited almost all and they deserve your attention indeed. If you want to have a great time in Lisboa and the area, this apartment is exactly what you would love.

We had a wonderful stay at Daniel’s apartment! The apartment is very bright and well located, and Daniel is really kind and caring, very communicative and always makes sure that everything is comfortable. Highly recommended!

Daniel was very helpful. He used to take me grocery shopping. On of the best things he did was introducing me to Revolut. As I've bought an apartment and had to transfer my money from my bank in Australia. I saved quite a bit of by using Revolut! Even his family, mother, father, aunt and uncle, who's an Australian were a great help. Thank you to all of them!

This is a wonderful space, so quaint and is ideally located. Owner was so flexible and supportive. PRO: garden with sunlight throughout the day, neighborhood feel, beautifully curated, peaceful, quiet, inspiring space. CON: mold smell in flat, and drain flies after a few days.

A lovely home with all the appliances you need for a comfortable long term stay. Quiet and private. The garden is a highlight. We had a great time at João's place.

The apartment is lovely, beautifully decorated and counts on every single detail (such as kitchen appliances, towels, linen, blankets, etc.). The garden is wonderful and counts on a bbq. Owners are super nice and resolutive, the communication flow was great and they sorted any issue we could potentially have. I will 100% recommend and definitely repeat the experience as soon as I can! Obrigada João!

Great flat, good price, quiet, with electric blinds, very cosy with everything you might need (utensils, dishwasher, storage space, etc) , close to nice beach with walking/running sidewalk, 3 grocery shops in 4 minute walk. Train tracks nearby were not the issue at all due to good sound insulation. If you are feeling cold, there is a nice electric heater. Communications with the owner is great too - responded to everything that I needed. 10/10
