Pedro’s place is a lovely spot - perfect for relaxing and working from home. I had a very comfortable stay. It’s situated in a quiet neighborhood with restaurants, grocery stores, and transportation nearby. Checking in was secure and easy. I took advantage of having an office to use. There are two balconies that I would love to come back and enjoy in the spring or summer.
Communication with Pedro was clear, timely, helpful, and kind. Thank you Pedro for making my stay very comfortable!

I rented Pia’s apartment for three months and absolutely loved it. The accommodation offers everything you need for everyday living and is located in a very beautiful, central, and safe area of the city. There is truly nothing to complain about, and I would definitely recommend the apartment. Pia and her son are incredibly kind, and Pia is always available to help with any questions.

Maria has been a great host, very welcoming and always available for any questions. The flat is 100% as described in the listing, in a nice and peaceful building. The location is great with metro station being 10 mins walk from the flat and a big supermarket with all the amenities (pharmacy, etc). 5 mins walking from the flat you can find one of the nicest parks in Lisbon.

We stayed with a friend for 20 days at Pedro's place. The apartment is great, Pedro is very pleasant to communicate with. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. The only thing is the strong noise from the airport, the planes are flying very loudly. Therefore, you need to take very good earplugs.

Nice and big flat, beautiful terrasse, everything clean, well equiped kitchen, good communication and easy check-in. Only downside were the planes which you could hear, but we got used to it and were happy with our flat.

I needed last minute accommodations. The apartment was perfect to get some work done and rest, even with the airport traffic, I still slept well. The terrace patio is especially beautiful and the place is walking distance to shops and grocery stores and a beautiful garden (suggested by host). Pedro is easy to communicate with and it was a pleasure renting from him. He was very kind to provide new pans upon my arrival. Thanks again for everything.

Jéssica was a truly fantastic host – exceptionally responsive, helpful, and made the entire check-in process seamless. The apartment on Rua Conde Sabugosa exceeded my expectations. It was spotlessly clean, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity needed for a comfortable long-term stay.

The location is incredibly convenient. While the street itself is pleasantly quiet, it’s just a short walk from the Roma metro station (Green Line), making city-wide travel effortless. A huge advantage is the proximity to the Roma-Areeiro train station, which was perfect for weekend day trips. The neighborhood itself has a wonderful local feel, with great traditional cafés and shops nearby.

It's an ideal spot for anyone wanting a comfortable, well-connected base in Lisbon. I highly recommend it and would not hesitate to book again!

Our family lives in Lisbon, so we travelled there for a month to visit. Joao was a wonderful and warm host who responded to our every question and need during our extended stay. Our hope is to stay with Joao in this flat again next year for two months. The flat is perfect for us and a rare gem in a beautiful and quiet setting.

Our host was very quick to reply on questions and requests and very friendly! He also helped us with some suggestions around the area.
It was nice that everything we could need was available at the house. It was very clean when we got in. Pedro's house is a cosy place. With the terrible amount of rain it was damp, but a dehumidifier was there. Just a heads up, there is airtraffic. If you're going in town it won't bother you and at night it stops.
