Communication was well. Improvement could be that there will be an option for business travelers to have an invoice addressed to the enterprise, independent from the booking account and payment method. I didn‘t understand why this should not be possible.

There is a house that I cannot insert in your platform just because Google Maps cannot "find" its address. This house is not in a big city, and Google is not that great with some small villages. That would be great if you could solve this issue.

Make yourselves accessible by phone. I was unhappy that I had to write to ask for a phone call and even though I said that I was in Seattle, WA on West Coast time and even told you that it is 9 hours earlier there, if I got a call back it would be at 2 a.m. in the morning when I was asleep. I found this very frustrating. Other than that, the women who wrote back to me were polite and helpful.

Ter um número de telefone para onde pudéssemos ligar, em caso de urgência. Às vezes, levam mais de 24 h a responder e, entretanto, a urgência já deixou de o ser! O senhor tem de resolver o problema sem a vossa ajuda!! Isto é muito mau.
