First time user of Flatio and have a positive feeling from it. I've had some issues finding a good landlord, but when I found them it was all quite easy to manage the appartment, payments and exchange of information. I was able to keep in touch with the landlord through the messaging system. Updating and extending the lease contracts was just as easy.

I am most pleased with the digital communication received before check-in and upon check-out. Instructions were clear and concise. There were only minor issues with obtaining a refund for a changed booking, however It was cleared up in a matter of days.

I was most pleased that you warned me that the place we were going to rent had an unreliable landlord and that we should rebook with a new landlord. I wish we had more notice because the place we ended up in was much more expensive and smaller. I recommended you to the management company I use for my rental apartment in Lagos.
