The landord cancelled the 3 month agreement without any reason. So on top of looking for another room and paying another service fee, I still had to pay a large of the service fee for which service??? For that fee Flatio should protect us instead of punishing us even more. The landlord should be penalized in this case!

well, the reservation process is cumbersome... I wanted to check with the host if they can put a dishwasher, but I had to make a reservation request for some reason

Os anfitriões têm que ter liberdade de pedir uma caução aos hóspedes, independentemente do número de dias das estadias uma vez que, não pagando qualquer caução, os hóspedes sentem que podem fazer tudo, estragar equipamentos, deixar de pagar rendas, etc sem qualquer consequência efetiva.
