It is very pretty and nice furnished apartment with all the equipment needed for a comfortable stay in Prague. Apartment is very close to shopping center, restaurants and public transportantion. Communication with the landlord was also smooth. Highly recommended.

The apartment is very nice and modern. There is enough space for one, possibly two persons. The kitchen is fully functional. The bathroom is clean and modern. There is a big balcony, with a view to castle Spilberk. There is a major tram-stop right next to the building, which makes commuting to different parts of the city very easy. The windows keep out the noise from the street very well. 8/10 points because in summer it can get very hot and there is no elevator. With an AC, this would be a solid 10/10. Overall, can recommend.

Marta is such a kind and accommodating host. She was very responsive and helped me with all questions I had about the area. She even provided restaurant recommendations. The flat is located 3 mins from the metro which makes travel around Lisbon very convenient.

We absolutely loved our stay at Iva's apartment! The view was breathtaking, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was so peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxation. In just 10-15 minutes by foot, we could reach the waterfront with beautiful spots to explore. Since we were there during the off-season, it was wonderfully calm. The nearby towns were great, and we even enjoyed a spa day at a 5-star hotel just 5 minutes away by car. We were working remotely during our stay, and the internet was by far the best we've had during a holiday in Croatia. We couldn’t have been happier. Iva was extremely helpful, and communication was flawless. Thank you so much!

I really recommend this flat! The view is absolutely stunning, and the surrounding area is lovely with lots of great restaurants and a fantastic café nearby. The neighborhood is very pleasant and peaceful. Frederico is super kind and always helpful. I had an amazing stay for over a month and would definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing stay at Vila Sta Teresinha Suites! The place was spotlessly clean, with a beautiful view and located in a great neighborhood. The host, Filipa truly exceeded all my expectations – she was incredibly attentive and helpful. Whenever a small issue arose (like the internet going out or a broken blender), she resolved it immediately. One of my housemates had a birthday, and she surprised us with a homemade cake and champagne to celebrate together. Every day, she also brought us fresh lemons from their own tree, which was such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful and welcoming experience!

We stayed in this apartment for three months, and it was exactly as advertised. The place had all the essential amenities for a comfortable long-term stay. The flat is located on a quiet street in a safe and beautiful neighborhood conveniently located providing easy access to the centre and Vaclav Havel Airport via public transport.
The apartment itself is very clean and decently equipped although I would recommend an extra set of bed linens.
The owners are a wonderful family who were very attentive to any questions I had. I would highly recommend the apartment for longer term guests.

I had a really lovely time at Luis's house, the view from the house to the surrounding mountains is stunning, the house is well equipped and I had everything I needed. Luís was super helpful, answered all my questions and recommended some nice places in the city. I stayed for a little over a week and mostly used my time for hiking and a few levada walks around the area, so I didn't need to use public transport very often, just to get back to Funchal. It's a really nice and peaceful place, I highly recommend it.

Andreia and André were quick to respond to the issues in the house. It's a quiet area hence we slept peacefully. The sun roof window is really cool and brings in a lot of natural light upstairs. However it's not easy to work remotely since there is no proper desk. The internet was also not very stable at first but was ok towards the end of our stay. Everything else was great. Nice bathroom. Would be great to replace the couch with a desk instead. Thanks for hosting us!
