Apartments are good and in good condition. Almost everything was satisfiable, but the most disappointing was that landlord decided to terminate the lease 5 month earlier without a reason. I dont recommend renting it for a long term. It made very bad impression about the landlord.

Very good apartment, clean and bright.
The kitchen is furnished well furnished, as it is shown on the photo + all the necessary kitchen utensils.
The living room is a big room with numerus cupboards and even a TV. However be careful to update the description ; the sofa has been replaced by a second single bed.
The landlord is easily reachable, by email or by phone, and is very arranging for the check-in and check-out.
There are some shop around, included caffee shop, bakery, grocery... and the metro station is just across the street.
Very good location and very good stay.

The place is very comfortable and pretty big, it's very clean and well equipped.
The building is in a very good spot, near the old town and main public transportation lines.
The check in and check out are very convenient.
The only drawback is that it can be noisy as the appartment is on the main street.
I would really recommend it.

I had with Andrej the most pleasant staying I ever had before. He is taking care of everything and all is always on its right place.

The flats is totally new and very comfortable. A place that dedinetly you can call home while you stay there.

It is as well very well connected to the center of the city (30 min on metro and and 15 min by train) so you will have an amazing stay with no worries.

Great and quiet neighbourhood with grocery shops by 10 min walk and newly open Lidl even closer.

Definetly a place worth staying

I spent 1 month at Filip’s place. The flat has an awesome central location and a great atmosphere, you feel at home straight away. There were some imperfections I did mention to Filip after I settled down and he was able to react within a few hours and fixed what he could. He is a very caring landlord who wants his guests to be satisfied. The only reason I can’t give a full rating is because of the mattress. I would be happy to stay again if the mattress was professionally cleaned or replaced, though. Filip, thank you very much that I could stay in Holec Apartments and wish you good luck. My overlall experience was great. I did enjoy my stay!

Vše skvěle připraveno, krásně čisté a byt je opravdu do detailů vymyšlený a zařízený, aby člověku nic nechybělo. Okolí skvělé - prostě Hradčanská :) Majitel Matěj se mě v průběhu pobytu ptal, jestli je vše v pořádku, celková péče a přístup na jedničku - víc takových!

A nice and cosy appartement. Nice people in the flat and a balcony on a sunny and peaceful garden. Kristyna was also an awesome and helpful landlady.

Ulli and Guenther are very kind and helpful.
We were in contact by email and phone and they helped me with everything I needed.
The flat is recently renovated, clean and well connected to the Center of Vienna by tram and subway.
I am very happy I chose to stay there.
