The owner is a good person, everything was great from his side, thanks a lot! Unfortunately it was very cold in December, not enough heaters in the apartment. Everything is very old and almost all electric plugs in the kitchen and in the covered terrace are non-working. The district is very quiet, there are many transports nearby and the city center in 30mins by feet. I suppose it is a very good place to stay in summer (and it is much cheaper than in the city center), but they need to perform a small repair of their equipment.

It's just the most basic apartment possible. By itself quite nice, but it has a very intense smell, especially from the bathroom sink, which sticks to the whole flat. Also, the price, compared to other options, also hotels and airbnbs, is extremely high for bulgarian standards

Because it was Autumn we found the apartment was always cold and damp and clothes smelt of the damp and after the two months even mould was forming on clothes and shoes. Being on the ground floor the entrance door to the apartments was always very noisy which also spoilt our experience. The positive aspects were it was convenient to getting to the beaches and old town. The Wi-Fi worked very well. The interaction with the key holder Isabel was very good. I would not recommend this apartment in the Autumn/Winter and the noise from the entrance and the neighbours spoilt our experience and that is why we left earlier than originally planned.

Great location, communication without problems. I think the apartment can be better equipped. I think essentials are missing (usable pan, knives, cutting board, cooking utensils, towels...). Only hot water was flowing in the kitchen.

The house was nice and in spacious grounds with fruit trees. The property had lots of plus sides but also some negatives. The most problematic issues we had were: 1. Only two rings on the hob worked making it difficult to cook and prolonged cooking time for our family. 2. The electric tripped twice probably due to the issue with the broken hob ring. 3. The location is 30 minutes to anywhere so a little remote- but this might suit some. 4. Constant flies in the house made it unbearable to stay - we couldn’t leave the door open as hundreds would come in. The kitchen door also had a big gap so they would still enter when the doors were closed. We left early due to this reason. On the plus side, there is a lovely walk to a lake nearby, a great restaurant on the main road just metres away. We enjoyed seeing the goats herded everyday and collecting oranges and avocados from the trees.

Pros This rental unit have an amazing waterfront view Beautiful sunsets and sunrise relatively close to the Lisbon tourists' attractions approx 40 mins walk, Bodegas close by. Host brought a coffee expresso machine and some pods we appreciated this very much Luisa was very helpful and respectful, she is a very hardworking woman, Luisa was the only person to apologize to us for having such a terrible experience staying at this rental. Cons We are seeking a full refund for our stay as we should not be harassed and bullied by the residents in this building and disrespected by the Hosts, except Lucia. Upon checking into this rental, we were threatened by several of the residents with calling the police on us, because we simply turned on the AC as it was very hot in the apartment. These residents claimed that the AC was installed illegally and illegally placed. The police came after several days of being in this apartment, however we were not at the apartment. It was very traumatizing for us to experience this type of hostility by the residents and to make matters worse, we contacted the Hosts managing the rental and they did not respond immediately, when they came over John visited first, he gives us some bs explanation for this issue and left. We were threatened again this time the residents in this neighborhood stating that we would be removed by the police, this felt like discrimination and extreme hostile bias. This hostile experience at this rental ruined our entire vacation John and Antonio came finally and pretty much lectured us on why they did not come by immediately, John was very disrespectful to my wife telling her ohhh you would worry about a storm as well, completely dismissive and sexist attitude and behavior towards my wife Gail. We did not appreciate John rude and disrespectful attitude towards women especially and also to his guests. John needs to learn how to be respectful to women and all of his guests. Antonio needs to be more hospitable towards his guests especially when checking them into their rentals. Bathroom smells like sewer all the time, no p- trap and no toilet seat cover in this toilet, we spent most of our time cleaning and trying to get rid of the sewage smell coming from this bathroom. The drapery kept coming off the hooks and it was too high for us to put it back on the hooks. lots of sex noises coming from the apartments late into the night and all hours of the day and night bring headphones for sure. Garbage spewed outside in front of the building at all times, it also smells really bad, we had to close the windows during the day and night to prevent the awful smell from entering this rental unit as it is on the second floor. Clothing line outside is rusted and ruined our clothing especially the whites Smoke fills the apartment from the smokers in the building, my wife gets migraines, so it was very difficult for her. it's also not the friendliest neighborhood, even when you are supporting the businesses. please note that this neighborhood is not scenic at all, just lots of buildings and it is also very hilly, if you have mobility issues, this rental will not work for you. If you are sensitive to noises and smells this rental will not work for you either. professional tips for the owner of this rental. Please add a large rug in the living room and bedroom Please add quality throws and towels for your guests Change drapery so that iy does not fall off the hooks Please address the sewer smell coming from the bathroom Respectfully John & Gail

Everything is as described. Two things worth mentioning - there are no insect nets on the windows, only one badly attached- holes, not tight. And its hot there during summer, windows must be open. And the flat is on 3rd floor with no elevator, so smokers - be aware. Besides that all good.

I stayed in this accomodation for over two months, and do not recommend it for long-term stays. It's not suitable for working from home and the facilities aren't adequate for the number of quests the house can accomodate. It's noisy and not very comfortable, mainly because all the spaces are barely furnished and echo badly – you can hear sounds from the kitchen even when you're in the bedroom with the door closed, and that's on a different floor. When other guests were behaving inappropriately (which happened too often while I was there), the landlord told me that it wasn't their responsibility to resolve, and so the living situation was regularly quite uncomfortable to be in. The common spaces, including the bathrooms, were also not also not stocked and maintained well; though a cleaner did come, it was irregular and not always after a guest left. For me this wasn't a positive experience, but I think it would be different if it was a short-term stay. Though the distance times on the listing aren't accurate, there is a nice beach just a bus ride away, and it would be a good place for a holiday.

The management are nice and decent people so I'll try to be as honest as possible here. This can definitely be a very good coliving but as the house in general is great, but mgmt needs to fix some mistakes they have been doing. They should be honest with the room descriptions (my room had very thin walls so it was hard to sleep at night), some facilities like table tennis table were not available, there was mention of bikes to rent but they didn't exist. The management really should pre-screen the renters as my experience for the past 2 months is that this was more of a hostel rather than co-living, leading to a less than ideal atmosphere. All in all it was good experience still and the mistakes can be easily fixed so I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt :)

The internet in the apartment is 2 Mbit/second download, and 0.8 - 1.4 Mbit/second upload. You should consider this before renting. I have contacted the owner about this matter, but haven't received help at all. Therefore, the neighbourhood is nice. Huge forest nearby to walk. But I would probably recommend to have a car. The apartment itself is without separate rooms. So you have beds inside of the hall. Although, the bathroom is huge.

We recently stayed in an apartment in Prague 2 for two months, and overall, it was a good experience with a few notable points. Location: The apartment is very well located in Prague 2, within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions in Prague. Accommodation: The apartment was clean and nicely decorated, although basic. It was indicated that there was an air conditioner, but we had to request one to get it. As for cleanliness, we could borrow a broom and a mop from the basement, as there is not one per apartment. The beds are comfortable, but no more than that (firm mattresses), and the pillows are not very comfortable (too large for the small pillowcases). There are two bars nearby that can be noisy until late at night. Kitchen: Despite the listing stating that the apartment is suitable for long-term rentals, the kitchen was very basic. For example, the counter is small and too low, there was a small oven and a very small refrigerator (which we found disappointing as we partly rented the apartment for that, with the listing images showing a large fridge). Additionally, basic kitchen accessories were missing (kitchen knife, steak knife, dish towels, dish rack, broom, salad bowl, etc.). What we found regrettable was that the owner had assured us that everything necessary for a long-term stay would be provided, but we had to request several items, and others we simply bought ourselves. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi was unstable, which could be frustrating and made remote work impossible. Service: The owner was very kind and quickly available via WhatsApp, which was greatly appreciated.
