You should change how the calendar reflects the reservation. The last day should not be marked as "occupied" for other sync platforms. Also, the name of the local where the house is located should be searchable, not only the main cities.

Safe transactions, easy bookings and best of all cancellations when circumstances change; which is very important when securing places well in advance. Too bad landlords in other countries don’t sign on to Flatio. It would be a good alternative to other platforms.
