More transparency on tenant fees would be great, so that I as a landlord can answer questions regarding the tenant fees asked by potential tenants upfront. For long-term tenants, e.g. 3+ months, I would appreciate an option to cover tenant fees as a landlord.

I don't like the fact that I have to check the cleanliness of the apartment before the tenant leaves. In order to check whether the apartment is well cleaned, you would have to open every drawer and stick your nose everywhere, which seems to me humiliating for both parties. Checking if something is broken in the apartment is fine. This can be checked quickly and easily.
