My name is Argy Rodriguez, a Colombian-born, Australian citizen man living in the Netherlands. With Danny, my Business partner and friend, we decided to buy this flat in Carihuela, because it was very well located, near amenities, and near the beach. The flat has been totally renovated and totally equipped to welcome our guests.
I work and live in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and Danny works and lives in Delft.

I felt very much at home in the apartment and it suited my needs well.
It is in a quiet area but very close to the beach and restaurants. Also a few minutes from bus routes.
