The space is conveniently located and very private. Perfect for a stay in Lisbon. Sofia was very communicative throughout my stay even when a few things went wrong. One thing to keep in mind if you are tall (like me) the vaulted A-frame ceilings are something to be mindful of, I hit my head a few times just moving about the apartment. It's avoidable but if you are over 5'9ft it may be challenging. Other than that, the flat was perfect, quiet and nice reprieve from spending the days out an about with a dip in the pool.

I would definitely stay again!

The apartment is centrally located to anything you want to get to in Lisbon. Since the public transportation is very easy, safe and clean, the flat sits adjacent to many buses and the metro just a block or two away.

Sofia's Penthouse Is really a fantastic opportunity to live in a lovely and central part of Lisboa! I was in the property for 3 months, and found I could walk to anything I wanted, and became a regular at some places. Supermarket is literally on the ground floor of the building! There are many good restaurants steps away, including a very unique Sushi place right next door. Be sure to tell Ricardo that you live in the building! He loves serving neighbors. Just a few blocks from Parque Eduardo VII, which is huge and sometimes hosts events.

The apartment itself has good sunlight during the day, a computer workstation, more than ample kitchen with anything you might need, and nice bed with a good mattress. Surrounding the apartment is a huge private terrace, so you can sit outside to read or sip a coffee!

The majestic historical building itself was renovated in 2018, so everything inside is very current and in good condition! Bathroom is huge with marble floor and walls! Includes a king-sized bathtub AND a shower. Lovely hardwood flooring throughout. German appliances. Bonus is also the VERY COOL old-style elevator in the main atrium! You feel like you are living in history (in a good way)!!

Sofia is a very congenial and attentive host and really helped out!! I was her first guest, and there were items needing attention from the previous owner. She responded instantly and saw to it that everything was resolved quickly and to everyone's satisfaction. The building is VERY WELL maintained as a whole, and a very classy place to stay.

You will be lucky to snag this place if it becomes available!

This is a a very central location, only steps from the Avenue da Liberdade, shopping, restaurants, and recreation. A few blocks from Parque Eduardo VII, Metro, and any services you could possibly desire. Neighborhood is safe and very quiet at night.

If this scale had a higher rating than 10, I would definitely give it to the landlord and accommodation. Sofia is an incredible person! Since we were a non-EU country visitor with a long stay, we had numerous bureaucratic and administrative tasks to complete. Sofia was incredibly helpful, patient, and always available to assist us. She was incredibly supportive and promptly responded to every request I made. We felt truly welcomed and comfortable throughout the stay. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped to make the stay enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend this accommodation, especially the landlord!

I highly recommend this apartment! My husband and I stayed here for 10 months, we found everything we needed in the apartment. The location is perfect: there are groceries, gyms, a metro station and a train station nearby. We also liked the building itself and the friendly neighbors. We had great communication with Sofia, she was always in touch to help, thank her very much for everything!

Flat is cozy, has everything needed for comfort life. enough place for clothes storage. Fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher and staff. The neibourhood is really amazing. 3 minutes walk to Metro station, a lot of rests and bars, supermarket right behind the corner.

Great place, superbe location and very secure. Near everything, metro is a few minutes walk. Nice and comfortable bed. Bathroom and washing machine A-OK. Kitchen was missing a few things but manageable. I would go back anytime!

The apartments is located in a very convenient district: a lot of shops close to the building, 2 beautiful parks nearby, and quite flat neighborhood (not hilly at all). The apartments had very good Internet speed no problems with plumbing and electricity. Despite the fact, that there's airport not far from the apartments, it didn't bother us at all, it wasn't too noisy or annoying.

I can also highlight, that the apartments is pet-friendly 🐶❤️

Overall, I can recommend to stay here!

Nice apartment in an amazing location next to Gulbenkian jardim. Сommunication with the hostess was friendly and she helped us with all the questions that arose very quickly
